Shipping & Refunds

SHIPPING

• All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.​

• I send items using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. While delivery times can’t be guaranteed, most orders arrive promptly once dispatched.

• ​Wherever possible, your purchase will be packed using recycled or reused packaging, in keeping with my aim to reduce waste — please don’t mistake this for a lack of care; your piece will still be very well protected.

• ​If you need your purchase to arrive sooner than standard delivery, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.

• ​Free collection is available from Culworth, Oxfordshire (OX17 2AY). Just contact me to make arrangements.

• ​If you have any questions about shipping or delivery, feel free to get in touch — I’m always happy to help where I can.​

 

REFUNDS

• If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it — just let me know within 14 days of it arriving.​

• Items should be returned unused and in their original condition.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

• ​Once your piece is safely back with me, I’ll refund the cost of the item. Original postage isn’t refundable unless the item is faulty therefore its original cost will be deducted from the refund.

• ​Commissioned or made-to-order pieces are created especially for you and can’t be returned unless there’s a fault.

• If anything arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and I’ll take care of it.
