This website is owned and run by Ginny Staniford trading as Singe & Salvage.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Products
All items are handmade, often using reclaimed or vintage materials. This means:

Each piece is unique

Small variations in colour, texture and finish are part of the work and not faults
Product descriptions and photographs aim to be as accurate as possible, but colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£)

Payment is required at the time of ordering

I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed
Postage & Packaging

Items are carefully packed, using recycled or low-waste packaging wherever possible

Dispatch times and postage details are listed on individual product pages

Delivery times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be issued once the item has been safely returned. Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. The original cost to Singe & Salvage will be deducted from the refund.

Commissioned or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Commissions
Commissioned work is created in response to individual discussions and agreements. Timeframes, pricing and payment terms will be agreed in advance. Due to the bespoke nature of commissions, cancellations or changes may not be possible once work has begun.

Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process orders and communicate with you. Your details will never be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (eg. delivery services).
